Penetrometer PNR-12

Penetrometer PNR-12

Penetration is used to measure the resistance that a material exerts, under specified test conditions by drilling a needle in a specific manner. In addition to the configuration used, importance is also given to factors such as temperature, time, and load placed on the test sample specified in the method that supports the test.
The PNR-12 unit is a unit that allows automatic detection of surfaces, positioning the needle automatically and manually, easy handling with a jog-shuttle driven menu (turn & push) and interactive operator interface.
PNR 12 allows automatic measurement in electrically conductive samples, as well as non-conductive samples with a proprietary force sensor (optional). This option detects the surface of non-conductive samples even under a layer of water, initiates the sequence of desired tests and reports the results automatically.Standards:ASTM D5, ASTM D217, ASTM D937, ASTM D1321, ASTM D1403, ASTM D2884, ASTM D7342, ISO 2137, ISO 6873, DIN 51579, DIN 51580, EN 1426, EN 13179-2, EN 13880-2, IP 49, IP 50, IP 179, IP 310, IP 376, JIS K 2207, JIS K 2235, AASHTO T49, AOSC Cc 16-60, European Pharmacopoeia 2.9.9., Miscellaneous Standards
