Next, this fully automatic crude oil distillation unit follows the ASTM D-1160 standard under vacuum, with single-fraction collection or an automatic collector for up to 4 flasks. Thus, it ensures strict compliance with the standard procedure.

Rapid Crude Oil Distillation
In turn, this benchtop distillation solution enables a rapid analysis of crude oil composition, with complete distillation in about 2 hours, according to the ASTM D-2892 standard. Consequently, it supports fast decision-making in industrial settings.

Short-Path Molecular Distillation Technology
On the other hand, this short-path distillation technology enables molecular distillation of thermally unstable, high molecular weight, or high viscosity organic products, under high vacuum. This way, it complements the other Pilodist equipment for more demanding applications.

Distillation Equipment for Sensitive Compounds Under Extreme Vacuum
In addition, this wiped-film molecular still operates under extreme vacuum, lowering the boiling point of thermally sensitive products without decomposition. For this reason, it is widely used in the continuous production of high-viscosity distillates.

Finally, this liquid/vapor equilibrium determination equipment provides fundamental data for defining the number of theoretical plates in a distillation system, operating at atmospheric pressure, under vacuum, or up to 3 bar.
